am i too demanding???

hmm...its been a while since i last blogged...haha...was bz n sometimes lazy to write... i have been doing a lot of thinking too lately...about my wat awaits me ahead...i always have the tot of changing job...AGAIN!!!...haha...because i have the tot that my company is not so good...in a way like taking advantage of us...but sometimes when i think about it...they seem to treat me quite well if compared to my colleagues...like i was offered to come over to Singapore to work just after working in the company for about 2 months or 3 months...but of course at the beginning it is not dollar to dollar conversion of my pay...but after 2 or 3 months...i told them i need an increment...and i was given a $400 increment which is more than wat i expected (i only expect to have a hundred or two only...hehe)...which makes it the same as what i had in Malaysia...and i guess i am the only one who is still using the company's line...they said if i exceed the allowance amount which is $30, they will deduct from my pay...but i still havent got deducted yet...may b i dun make a lot of calls and smses...i have also requested to go back to the company to be in the project team rather than being outsourced...and they accepted my request and bring someone in to replace me...but this is yet to know...as i am not back in the office yet...but action has been done by them...whether will it happen or not is another thing...and i was also told by my colleague that they have prepared the laptop for me...its already being setup...awaiting me...haha...if i am not mistaken, the laptop is brand new too...and up until today, my exams are all paid for...i do not need to claim like my colleague does...so i am really dun know..this company seems treating me good (compared to the rest)...or may b i am a lil bit too demanding...hehe...

Kiasurism

everyone is telling tat singaporean = kiasu....hahah...i have the same thought too before this...but after working for like more than half a year, i realized tat, its not so true...hahah...definition of kiasu...scared lose, selfish, wont teach, and let u die...hahah....but those tat i met here in singapore are not those type...of course they r singaporean...but i dun see the kiasurism in them...hhaha...like for example my manager...he can ask me to sit beside him and teach me how to configure things...teach me how to handle cases...and if i cant handle it...push to him....he said he will handle them for me...haha...and my vendor...these guys are even better....they can explain to me something i totally have no knowledge about...so as expected...i will be very blur...hahah......n they will asked me if i understand or not....if not they go all over again from start to the end...up until i get the concept....they even told me tat i need to pick up a particular knowledge,as it is very useful later on when i am looking for job elsewhere....i guess i need to view singaporean differently....hahah...but....there is also a possibility that i am lucky to meet those few singaporeans....those good ones....haha...not selfish and kind enuf to share knowledge...anyway...lets see if i am 'lucky' enuf to meet a kiasu one....then may b i can have back the same mindset of singaporean = kiasu... :p

My offday

i got an offday today from my boss in ING (the company where i am outsourced to)...but i just spent almost the whole day sleeping....hahaha...woke up about 9 something...read some company's emails...then back to sleep again....haha...and woke up at about 12 something to have my lunch....watched a movie...then sleep again...and woke up at about 6 something to 7pm for dinner...n watched another movie...hahah....wat a boring life.....spent my whole day in my my own room only....anyway i really cant think of a thing that i can do here in singapore...luckily i have my lappy to fill my day...if not i think i will be sleeping the whole day....lol.....off days really makes me feel like going back to malaysia....hahahah.....anyway i am looking at jobstreet now....planning ahead....hhahah

Life

Waiting the washing machine to finished washing my clothes....just drop by here to write something to pass the time....ok well, it's kind of funny actually when i think about it...before i graduated...there are some of my frens telling me that they applied jobs in Singapore...n i asked them y apply Singapore...if want to work oversea find far far away, coz since working in singapore also cannot go back to our hometown...so better find somewhere further....and now i am the one working in Singapore...i eat my own words...lol...actually, before i graduated, some of my frens already got job offer from companies....n im still looking around...no company wants to hire me...hahah...tats normal when u have only average results or may b below average...haha...but just less than a week i graduated hmmm....or a week...cant recall...hehe...the software manager from the company which i did my intern asked me if i am interested to join them back...then i just told him yes...since no IT companies wants me an EnE student...hahah...so just work for them...but after working like a month plus...an IT company called me up...asking if i am interested wif a job...n surprisingly i did not apply for da job...guess luck is on my side ...i went for the interview and they said they 1 2 take me on the spot...lucky again i guess...hahaha...then i told them i need to see wat they can offer me...then on monday a company which i went for interview before i graduated called me...after 2 months plus only call...haiz...then they said 1 2 interview me again for other position as they "THINK" the previous job is not suitable for me....anyway i went....n same thing they wan me too on the spot...but i told them i got other job offer and they so called "counter offer" me wif a lower pay than the other company...wat an offer...n of course promises...empty ones...lol...n i went back to think about it...n at last the thing that decided for me which job to take was a 50 cent coin...lol...n 50 cent coin choose the lower pay job...lol...n i went for it...n i quit the job 4 months later...hahahah...then i moved forward to my present company...but before i decided to go for this company, i had another offer too...lol...but my current company counter offer me an offer which is the same with the offer given by the other company...this time mr 50 cent did not come into picture....hahah...i dun trust 50 cent anymore...lol...so i asked my elder bro for opinion....he told me 1 thing which i think is very true...he said when we have chosen something...we must not look back...but look forward...and now i am wif this company for almost a year already...kind of unbelievable that i manage to work for a year in a company...wahahahaha.....But not sure about my future...bright???or dark...i really dunno.But to make myself feels better, i will always tell myself...things happened for a reason....mr 50 cent helped me to choose a lousier job...haha...may b the 50 cent did its part to move me to the company...n may b i am fated to come to Singapore...and work...to get something from here...may b money??lol...i duno... :p

F1

Today every1 in the office was talking about F1....for me i have no idea wat happened yesterday....lol...i slept as early as 9.30pm....due to headache...migraine has been more n more often nowdays...may b i have my mum's genetic....lol....anyway, the nite race is really something that every1 should go n have a look at it (except for those who are sick like me on tat night...LOL)...its really something different from all the previous races.....it is a brilliant idea from Singapore to have the race at nite and have it on the road instead of a circuit...n i heard that it was a good race as well with lots of actions....i dunno...i just missed it...haha

Life in SG.....not so good

Life here in Singapore is just a routine...From Monday till Thursday will be waking up at 7.45am, goes to work at about 8.20am, reach office about 9am, leaves office about 8pm-9pm, reach home about 9.30pm, dinner n sleep may b around 12am...and for Friday, i will have soccer at 8pm till 10pm...then back at home about 11pm, dinner then sleep....Every week da same activities...For weekends will be either Saturday or Sunday work from 9am to may b around 5pm...but sometimes till nite....Havent been going to Basketball on Sunday these few weeks...too tired..always overslept..lol...How i miss the life in msia....lol...bored can go n look for my frens to go to cybercafes to play a some LAN games...out for a drink....n try out new things....hahah....i need to sleep already...need to work tomorrow at 7am..(I DUN WANT TO B A WORKAHOLIC)...lets hope n pray for the best...LOL

YEAH!!!finally i'm done with my decorating n customizing my blogspot...with da help of Wei Shan aka con i managed to add this n that, reposition my chatbox, n etc n etc n n n n n n ...haha...so i have learnt something new these few days...hehe...now my eyes r a lil tired....but not bed time yet...lol...so that's all for now..
